It’s just around 10am, and I find myself sitting here at my laptop writing this article when I really should be getting ready for a meeting at work this afternoon.

For the past 90 minutes, I’ve been staring at a computer screen with simply no motivation to do any work, getting lost in my thoughts and in my writing.
